AQ Services International can meet both local and international needs from the smallest to the largest companies.

Our two main operational offices, in The Hague (The Netherlands) and Singapore, are experienced in managing international programs, which are executed through our own fieldwork force and that of our IMSA partners.

We maintain and manage our own fieldwork force of mystery shoppers, auditors and interviewers in The Benelux and in the Asian Pacific region. Our local country coordinators in Belgium, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, China and Hong Kong assist us in operations and ensure we meet local requirements.

In the rest of the world we work with our IMSA partners, which allow us to operate the largest pool of trained mystery shoppers (500.000+ mystery shoppers worldwide). All IMSA members share agreed high working quality standards, providing common technical and communications platforms for all projects, whether ad hoc or continuous. The result is a client-orientated, expert and flexible solution globally, and for each country.
