Shoppers act as anonymous customers, clients or guests and their task is to observe operational standards. Shoppers will receive clear instructions or a specific in person training, depending on the type of project. You will always be given written instructions, a list of questions, and a pre-determined visit scenario. These are the foundations on which you will visit and/or call our clients outlets, looking for example into the service level, the presentation of products or cleanliness and the sales techniques of their employees.

After completion of the shop, you will report your findings to AQ Services International by filling in your questionnaire online. AQ Services International provides services for many different industry sectors including visits to cinemas, retail shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, car dealers, financial institutions, banks etc. We always prefer to work with local shoppers and are therefore always looking for shoppers in all corners of every country and region.Besides having an interesting experience, we will reward you for your completed assignments.For additional information, please refer to the FAQ`s.
